This home holds a special place in my heart as this was my father's childhood home. The new owner of this sweet, two bedroom bungalow, is going to have to therefore be a special person, couple or family. My Dad is one of 8 children and they grew up in this home. It had two extra bedrooms back then that were where the dining room is now. Rooms were not as spacious back then but they were filled with love. The dining room could easily be changed back into a bedroom, as the kitchen has plenty of room for the table to fit, but for today's standards, fitting two bedrooms in this area might be a challenge. The roof, siding and windows were updated in 2007. The kitchen was also updated in 2007. There is one bedroom on the main level, as well as a full bath and cozy living room. The basement (which was renovated in 2012) has another bedroom, a spacious family room, an office area and then the laundry is in the storage area. There is also a storage shed outside and the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a business across the street which makes this a nice, quiet area to live in the lower west side.
